These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Somavera Wellness Lab website at somavera-wellness.com and related services, including product information, consultations, and online purchases (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
About Somavera

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase products or book paid consultations. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that information you provide is accurate.
Website use
You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, servers, or networks
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse content at scale without our written permission
- Upload malware or abusive material
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Products and orders
Product descriptions, imagery, and availability on the site are provided for information and sales. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that all details are error-free. Colours and textures may vary slightly from photos.
When ordering is available:
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline orders (for example due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud)
- Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice for future orders
- Shipping timelines and costs are estimates; delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our full control
- Risk of loss passes according to the shipping terms stated at checkout or in your order confirmation
If a product is defective or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at nikang701@gmail.com with your order details and photos so we can arrange a replacement, refund, or other remedy as appropriate under applicable consumer law.
Consultations
Skin & Mind consultations are wellness and skincare guidance sessions. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Booking tools (such as Calendly) and the details you submit are subject to those tools' terms as well as ours. Please arrive on time (or join online promptly); repeated no-shows may lead to cancellation of future bookings.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, branding, logos, product names, imagery, and design — is owned by Somavera Wellness Lab or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not copy, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Health and wellness disclaimer
Somavera content discusses neuro-aesthetic and skincare concepts for education and product information. Individual results vary. Nothing on the site constitutes medical advice. Discontinue use of any product that causes irritation and consult a professional if needed.
Third-party services
The Services may integrate third-party tools (booking, payments, analytics, social links). We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, or practices. Your use of those tools is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed (including mandatory consumer rights under Maltese or EU law).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somavera Wellness Lab and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific product or consultation giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €100, except where liability cannot be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Somavera Wellness Lab from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the EU may also bring claims in their country of residence where mandatory law allows.
You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or other consumer mediation options where available.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where further consent is required by law.
